Royal College of Music
This is a Grade II listed building in Kensington. The project involved the transformation of the Concert Hall and surrounding areas bringing the facility up to modern standards, the end results providing a cutting edge performance space.
Spirella Building, Letchworth
The restoration and conversion of the Spirella Factory Building into modern offices created a demanding project due to the constraints of it being a Grade II listed building and involved the installation of new lifts and general structural refurbishment.
Emmanuel Church Site
This was a re-development of an existing church, church hall and vicarage. The scheme provided 21 single bedroom apartments within a new 3 storey block and the conversion of the vicarage into 6 self-contained apartments.
Manor House - Beverley
An extensive structural survey of a Grade II listed manor house from the early 12th century, to ascertain the adequacy of the existing structure, followed by the refurbishment and conversion into a number of self-contained dwelling units.
