IQ 5, Birmingham
The design of the component system build project which consisted of a 12 storey building compromising 450 studio flats was completed in 14 months from concept to completion on site.
Rodney Road, Twickenham, London
The project involved the structural design of modular housing, foundations, drainage and external hard standings for this housing development.
Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester
Located on a tight site in central Manchester is a new 600-bedroom hall of residence for the Royal Northern College of Music, comprising single and double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, communal kitchens and common rooms within each cluster flat.
Wilmslow Park, Manchester
The largest modular project in the UK at the time comprising 10 storeys (7 storeys of modules) 1400 bedrooms of student and key worker accommodation required a design and construct period of just 15 months. The student population occupied their rooms, whilst the fit out of shops below continued.
