Halstead Swimming Pool, Halstead, Essex
Construction of 2 swimming pools, fitness suite and amenities, together with parking. This was built next to an existing sports hall and the 2 buildings were linked. New tennis courts were constructed and an existing all-weather football and hockey pitch refurbished.
Meadows Community Centre, Cambridge
The leisure building was designed in-house by the City Council to meet their own requirements, including a sports hall, meeting rooms, purpose built nursery school, offices and changing rooms for the indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
Oxford University Boat House
The Fleming Boat House, part of the Oxford University Boat Club which includes a new training facility is located within a flood plain on the bank of the River Thames in Wallingford.
Tunbridge Wells Racquet Club
A new sports centre was constructed for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council principally for use as a racquet sports facility. The centre comprised of 2 sports halls separated by a central core for amenities, changing facilities and a first floor sports area.
