Stansted Airport

The provision of a car rental facility with associated maintenance buildings for BAA at Stansted Airport, this site required an attenuation system to be installed to control the flow of surface water into the existing drainage system, which alieviates flooding at peak times.

Fraser Road, Erith

A retail development on a reclaimed site. In order to achieve the desired building footprint it was necessary to cut into a very steep embankment on the southern boundary of the site which rose over 30 metres above the proposed levels.

Cryalls Lane, Sittingbourne - Remediation

A DIY store situated on the site of a disused chalk quarry, the site had also been used for a number of industrial purposes including the production of pesticides. As a result the site was significantly contaminated, requiring remediation scheme.

Pet Food Production Facility, East Anglia - Retaining Walls

A sheet piled retaining wall as a temporary and permanent works solution, to retain the lower car park to a height of 4m and the upper car park adjacent to the gable of the distribution warehouse to a height of 8m.
