77 Queen Victoria Street

77 Queen Victoria Street involved the modernisation of an existing concrete framed office building to increase the rentable floor area and improve floor layouts.

Peter Dann implemented a relocation of the service risers to not only suit the revised floor plate layout, but to also enhance the services provisions. We also designed the infill of the existing atria to further increase the floor area.

This project required the remodelling of the glazed entrance façade, entrance steps and reception area. In addition, the construction of new roof-top balconies was required to maximise the use of space. Due to the building’s location over Mansion House underground station, the challenge of this project was coordination of the enabling works to facilitate a new power supply.
